Recertification
At the end of 2009 the committee of the certification body (TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o.) performed an audit to assess how Ann’s Peat Spa complies with the standards set by the board of directors with regard to the form of management, relations, work, training, dealing with the needs of clients, etc. This is the ISO 9001:2009 standard, which contains all the details of how this can be achieved.
Ann’s Peat Spa was the very first spa in the Czech Republic to be awarded a quality certificate, in 2000. Naturally, the process doesn’t finish here, as every year it is necessary to prove that our company is in full compliance with the healthcare legislation, the law, hygiene standards, that it pays heed to health and safety regulations, ecology, the environment, purchasing from certified sources, that it applies a metrological code of conduct and that it provides systematic education and training for all its staff, etc. There are 25 of these chapters in all.
Ann’s Peat Spa successfully passed the recertification process. The spa is currently preparing for the next demanding recertification audit coming up in 2010.
